Our Event Director can work with you to provide a full organisation service, including: · Working with you to develop a full and comprehensive brief for your function, both as a ‘wish list’ and establishing which items could be compromised to suit budgetary or venue restraints · Helping you establish and track your budget · Venue selection · Sourcing, negotiating with and selecting all suppliers, drawing where possible from our approved suppliers who we’ve worked with in the past. This will include meeting new suppliers and taking up references from their previous clients if we have not worked with them before. · Attending all site visits, and encouraging all other suppliers to attend to familiarise themselves with the venue prior to the function · Hosting team meetings for all suppliers and the client to enable any questions or requests to be raised, samples to be seen etc · Drawing up a detailed running order for all parties, including names and contact details of all suppliers and involved companies, such as venue etc · Co-ordinating all delivery and installation tasks · Dealing with any issues arising in the lead up to the event and making alternative arrangements where necessary to maintain the standards required of the event · Arranging payments to suppliers · Arranging printing of menus, place cards, table plans etc · On-site attendance for the function, co-ordinating all staff and liaising with all other suppliers present at the function. · Co-ordinating all dismantling and collection of equipment · Ensuring the venue is properly cleared and cleaned after the event. For this service you will be granted exclusive access to our Event Director in the lead-up to and on the day of the event. |
