 Our Event Manager (EM) can co-ordinate everything for you on the day, and ensure the event runs to the timings agreed between us in advance.  Other tasks includes:

· Laying the tables with linen, china, cutlery and glasses and adding your chosen decorations

· Setting up and serving arrival drinks

· Monitoring the progress of the event and co-ordinating with other staff, such as kitchen, entertainers, photographer etc.

· Holding and forwarding on-the-day payments to your other suppliers, such as musicians, entertainers etc.

· Point of contact on arrival for other suppliers

· Making announcements, such as calling guests in to dinner, announcing speeches, cake cutting etc

· Carrying out any changes to the venue or table layout to move into the evening reception

· Remain on-site until the function is over

· Assisting with any problems which may arise on the day, such as arranging an engineer for the portaloos you may have hired which have sprung a leak!

· In advance of the function, the EM can be on-site to accept deliveries of drink, flowers, cake etc.

This enables you and your guests to relax and enjoy yourselves knowing all the little details are being taken care of.
