"Pennie's ability to help with any other aspect of the wedding was astonishing, eg finding the right cutlery, china, glasses, staff, running of the day, and other helpful information. She dealt with requests immediately (some of which were not at all easy to achieve!) and was always on hand to help.... No request seemed too much, Pennie also made the menu cards and printed name places and made a booklet of the poems that were read on the day..."
